Sensor Crash Fix was born from a real problem: a smartwatch with a cracked sensor.
3N20 already built optical wearable solutions. We kept seeing the same pattern: a crack in the sensor glass, compromised seal, fear of water — and an expensive watch stuck in a drawer.
It wasn’t “only cosmetic.” With a cracked sensor, protection fails. Sweat, rain and washing hands become a risk. Heart-rate reading often becomes unstable too.
We developed a water-resistant optical cover lens in slightly larger diameters to better cover the damaged area. Clear priorities: restore the seal, protect the cracked sensor, and recover optical reading when the crack interfered.
